Responsibilities
- Monitor daily progress, job quality, safety precautions, and quality compliance of the projects.
- Supervise and monitor HVAC new built/retrofit/A&A project
- To ensure all the safety requirements are up to standards
- Lead a team of Supervisors, technicians and contractors to implement the project
- Liaise with external parties, e.g., main contractors and clients, as well as internal parties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the projects.
- Prepare technical reports
Qualifications
- Higher Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering degree or equivalent.
- >3 year's experience in Engineering, Building services engineering or Mechanical engineering
- Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good PC skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD etc.
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Engineer
