Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the P&L of Service Department and achieve company target
- Define strategies in pre-sales negotiation and lead service tender bid
- Lead the region budget review and update proposal
- Build and maintain customer relationship & Provide technical consultation for company product portfolio. Supervise engineering section and validate technical deliverables.
- Supervise the service project implementation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Lead complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders at the customer side
- Oversee the Field Service team to ensure collaboration with the Project team at synergy effect
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline;
- 10 years or above experience in Customer Service/Field Service, relevant working experience in managerial position, in the areas of railway or other infrastructure service and maintenance
- Conversant with site practice and current regulation and statutory requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills, able to deal with all levels of personnel tactically
- Being familiar working in an international company in a similar sector, ideally in a matrix organisation.
- Can-do attitude. Able to work in fast pace and changing environment
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Occasional travel may be required
