Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and implementing the business strategy
- Directing the organisation's activities to achieve agreed targets for financial and trading performance
- Ensuring people and organisational development
- Maintaining good relationship with customers, suppliers and regulatory bodies
- Business excellence: be responsible for continuous optimisation of processes, tooling and structures
Requirement
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent, MBA holder is a plus
- 10+ years of experience in management in a engineering/commercial enterprise
- Technical competencies in process automation/ instrumentation would be an advantage
- Ability to structure accurate financial information in a changing business environment
- Good in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
