Job Responsibilities

• Implement renovation, maintenance, A&A fitting out, and building service projects to improve overall efficiency and meet business needs.
• Responsible for supervising on-site builder works to deliver quality work within program and budget.
• Monitor maintenance activities, materials, working method and general workshop practices
• Work with the team and designers to manage site works
• Ensure quality workmanship
• Follow project plans to track progress and costs,
• To control and report the quality and progress
• To ensure work safety

Requirements

• Degree in Structural Engineering, Building Construction, Building Surveying, Building Studies, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 5 + years of relevant working experience with at least 2 years at a supervisory level.
• Familiarity with local regulations, builder work, and E&M standards.
• Strong project management and presentation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
