Responsibilities
- Carry out licensing renewal for the the Facility Management Department
- Propose and recommend improvement measures, while coordinating the implementation of these measures with relevant stakeholders and monitoring the outcomes.
- Assisting technical manager to oversee major projects and to ensure compliance with laws and regulation
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documents as necessary to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
- Perform evaluation, assessment, and report to Facilities Management team
Qualifications
- Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent professional qualifications
- 6+ years experience in building surveying
- Experience in handling licensing renewal is preferred
- Strong communication and presentations skills: ability to work with people at all levels
- Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese
- Good PC skills with hand-on experience in MS Words, Excel etc.
