Technical Officer (Major-developer)

On behalf of a major developer in Hong Kong, we are looking for an assistant building surveyor to help manage their portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Carry out A&A works for building fabrics and building surveying aspects
• Responsible feasibility studies on improvement & upgrading of building and facilities in design, contract administration and project management
• Assisting technical manager to oversee major projects and to ensure compliance with laws and regulation
• Prepare tender documents; analyse tender and recommend for acceptance of maintenance strategy; supervise in-house technicians; control workmanship and progress of works

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent professional qualifications
• 2+ years experience in building surveying
• Experience in handling residential/commercial/shopping mall projects is preferred
• Strong communication and presentations skills: ability to work with people at all levels
• More experience will be considered for the position of Senior Technical Officer; Less experience will be considered as Technical Officer
• Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese
• Good PC skills with hand-on experience in MS Words, Excel etc.
