Responsibilities
- Carry out A&A works for building fabrics and building surveying aspects
- Responsible feasibility studies on improvement & upgrading of building and facilities in design, contract administration and project management
- Assisting technical manager to oversee major projects and to ensure compliance with laws and regulation
- Prepare tender documents; analyse tender and recommend for acceptance of maintenance strategy; supervise in-house technicians; control workmanship and progress of works
Qualifications
- Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent professional qualifications
- 5+ years experience in building surveying
- Experience in handling residential/commercial/shopping mall projects is preferred
- Strong communication and presentations skills: ability to work with people at all levels
- More experience will be considered for the position of Building Surveyor; Less experience will be considered as Assistant Building Surveyor
- Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese
- Good PC skills with hand-on experience in MS Words, Excel etc.
