Project Director (F&B/Retail/Salary up to 90k)

Job Requirements

• Responsible for overall store development and facilities management
• Lead and supervise a team of managers for implementing projects, from stores design, developments to maintenance works
• Plan, organise and develop project site support, shaping team culture and drive for performance
• Oversee and supervise all aspects of project planning, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Facilitate seamless communication with internal and external teams
• Perform cost control and budget management

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Engineering, Facility Management, Business Management, Real Estate or related discipline required
• 12+ year's experience in project management work
• Supervisory experience in F&B or Retail industry is a must
• Strong understanding of project planning, progress monitoring, and quality and safety management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
