Responsibilities:
- Carry out financial analysis, financial modelling, and market research for potential opportunities
- Actively source investment opportunities in real estate market - diversified nature including retail, office, hotel, logistic centre, data centre etc.
- Execute investments from origination to closing and exit
- Prepare investment proposals and presentation
- Actively monitor the ongoing performance of the assets and portfolio companies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance & Economics or related disciplines
- At least 2 years of work experience in real estate, with experience in property consultancy firms or real estate developers; or investment funds and financial institutions with real estate coverage
- Experienced candidate will be considered as Assistant Manager
- Excellent skills in excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
