My client is a well-known developer in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a Sales and Marketing Officer for their residential projects. Experienced candidate would be considered as Senior Officer.
Job Descriptions
- Provide assistance in the development and production of sales and marketing materials, encompassing sales office and show flat materials, models, advertising, promotional materials, and more
- Aid in the development of sales brochures while ensuring compliance with the regulations outlined in the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
- Support the execution of the PR plan and media placement
- Carry out market research and analysis on the current trends in the residential market
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Communications / Real Estate or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in Property / Sales and Marketing / Valuation, experienced candidate could be considered as Senior Officer
- Familiar with Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
