Property Sales Manager / AM - first-hand residential property

Our client is a Hong Kong well-known developer. They are looking for a Sales Manager / Assistant Manager to take care few new residential properties.

Responsibilities

• Managing the sales team and liaison with property agents
• Achieve growth and hitting sales targets by design and implement strategic sales plan
• Manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of frontline sales team
• Maintain a good relationship with all stakeholders
• Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new customers and expands the Group’s customer base
• Execute sales strategies for property projects
• Monitor the team to conduct market research and analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in real estate, surveying or related discipline
• 5-8 years’ experience preferably in marketing & sales of residential properties in property developers
• Knowledge in Residential Properties (First –hand Sales)
• Outgoing and self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese Word Processing
