Partnership/Sales/Brand Manager - Luxury Retail

Our client is a Hong Kong listed company. They are looking for a Manager to take care luxury brand, sales performance and maintain good relationship with different parties.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction for achieving win-win on sales performance between the brand and landlord
• Being the daily point of contact for the brands in charge
• Build stronger relationship with different stakeholders to provide better support on sales action plan, service standard, and operation efficiency so as to strengthen sales performance
• Set incentive mechanism for driving sales e.g. cross selling (Setting the tier, criteria to pay-out and evaluate the effectiveness)
• Generate the tenant performance reports and provide recommendations and actions to improve KPIs
• Work with marketing team to implement and communicate mall and retailer campaigns, proposing sales promotion ideas and mechanism for driving sales
• Improving the efficiency of marketing activities (e.g. in-store action on daily sales, unit per transaction, average ticket value)

Requirement:

• University graduate preferably in business or marketing discipline
• 8 years or above experience, experience in luxury brand or shopping mall will be an advantage
• Detail-orientated with good organizing and analytical skills
• Creativity to propose new ways of creating business value
• Ability to liaise, influence and interact effectively with diverse audiences
• Result-oriented and commit to timeline, ability to work under a fast pace environment
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
