Sustainability General Manager - Group Level

My client is a well-known developer and they are now looking for a Sustainability GM for leading the group sustainability project and oversee all Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategies.

Job Description:

• Drive Corporate Sustainability Strategies for the group
• Data collection and research to identify gaps and opportunities in environmental, social, and governance sustainability,
• In charge of ESG reports that outlines the current state of the company's sustainability practices
• Draft, formalized, and evaluate corporate sustainability and ESG policies and practices.
• Continuous improvement in accordance with the organization's commitment to sustainability
• Being one of the spokespersons of the Group representing the company's voice in sustainability
• Leading the team in community engagements events and projects.study sustainable/smart building
• Study technologies and assess feasibility for existing buildings and new developments

Requirment:

• Passionate about sustainability and building innovation
• Experience in sustainability, and ESG from property industry would be an advantage
• Strong organizational, program management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Recognised degree in Social Science, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or relevant qualification
• Excellent command of English speaking and writing skills
• Strong proficiency in Chinese and fluency in Putonghua being an advantage
