Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on Maintenance, Renovation and A&A projects, and ensure safety during implementation
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress of maintenance works and provide technical recommendations for improvement
- Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works and provide appropriate solutions after investigation
- Assist in the preparation of project documents, and perform in-house coordination between department and site
- Assisting in site survey and on-site engineering measurements
Qualifications:
- Diploma or above in Building Services or other related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a related field
- Good command of communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible for coordinating between consultant, architects and contractors in building services works on local properties’ renovation/upgrade
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
