My client is a well-known developer in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a Assistant Sales Manager for their residential projects.
Job Description:
- Accomplish growth objectives and meet sales targets
- Manage sales team and coordinate with property agents
- Assess and examine the business landscape to generate increased sales
- Execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and establish a strong market presence
- Foster an inclusive work environment that acknowledges individual and team achievements, promoting open and effective communication
- Aid in the development of sales staff and provide assistance to any sales personnel in closing deals
- Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders
- Need to work on site as per request
Requirements:
- Holds a Bachelor's Degree in surveying, marketing, or related fields
- 4-8 years of experience, preferably in marketing and sales of residential properties for property developers
- Demonstrates knowledge in First-hand Sales of Residential Properties
- Exhibits an outgoing and self-motivated nature, with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
