Property Management - Senior Manager / Head

Our client is a well-known property developer in Hong Kong. Currently, I am helping them to hire an experienced and motivated Senior Manager to oversee their commercial and retail properties.

Job Description

• Responsible for monitoring the management portfolio operation for company;
• Implement company management policies, such as Building Management Ordinance (BMO) - Cap 344, 626 & 460, etc, security policies, regulations, rules;
• Drive & develop initiatives to enhance the Company’s marketing strategies to achieve business goals;
• Assist to design & implement business plan
• Responsible for overall management of a mixed portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial building in Hong Kong
• Manage and supervise a team to maintain high level of daily operations and handle customer enquiries / complaints
• Ensure compliance with relevant ordinance and regulations
• Provide all-round support to clients in monitoring building security, cleansing and maintenance service and attend owners meeting periodically
• Prepare reports for management review

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Housing Management, or related disciplines
• Professional membership in Housing Management such as MHKIH / CIHCM or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong in leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Depends on experience would be considered as a SM / Head title
