Our client is a leading construction products supplier, they are hiring for a head of service centre:
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technical staff to provide professional installation and maintenance services to customers
- Business transformation in the team to build a technical services profit center and optimize the returns
- Develop programmes of continuous improvement to drive service delivery excellence and improved customer experience
- Strategise effective repairs and maintenance operation to ensure operational and after-sales targets are met
- Establish, review and update operation and maintenance plans to meet the company’s objectives
- Prepare operational analysis, reports and recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder or above in any disciplines
- 10 years' relevant work experience
- Experience in managing a P&L
- Field staff leading experience is a plus
- Business transformation / process re-engineering experience is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
