Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business operation improvement process including planning, execution and maintenance
- Liaise with different department in a timely manner to make sure the improvement plan is properly introduced and implemented with efficiency
- Provide relevant training to employees regarding the latest business operation strategies
- Continuously monitor the improvement progress and communicate with leaders throughout new strategies implementation
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Improvement / Process Improvement position
- Ideally with Bachelor degree education in Industrial Engineering / Computer Science / Business Administration or related discipline
- Lean Six Sigma belt is definitely an advantage
- Candidate with more experience would considered as Senior Specialist
- Fluent in both spoken and written Cantonese & English
- Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
