My client is a world-leading top-tier E&M Contractor. They are a well-developed but also fast growing conglomerate in HVAC and Chiller Industry.
Job Duties
- Ensure HVAC system / chillers operate in good conditions
- Monitor field staff and sub-contractor performance as well as site management
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors for project implementation
- Supervise project schedule and budget per contract requirements
- Prepare tendering documents, tender analysis, and price negotiation
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Service Engineering
- Min 3 years' experience in HVAC Service/ Project
- Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint as well as AUTOCAD
- Self-initiated and motivated, able to work independently
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Engineer
