Our client is a reputable hotel group, they are hiring for a director for their project/ facility management with a focus on energy saving
Responsibilities:
- Develop energy management requirements and review the design accordingly, ensuring the success of the project while aligning with established ESG goals
- Provide technical & operational guidance and design support for new projects and property renovations
- Perform project management (action plans and timelines) in delivering energy analysis reports, proposing budgeted energy consecution measures, and exploring innovative energy-saving technologies to reduce carbon emissions
- Optimizing energy efficiency for the group’s engineering facilities, ensuring long-term engineering planning and implementation
- Perform facility assessments, support all group’s buildings in preparing reports for green certifications and ESG reporting
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Services/ Energy Engineering or related discipline
- 15 years’ experience in engineering project management, of which 5 years in energy saving works
- Solid knowledge (/practical experience) in building services systems (HVAC, VFD, BMS, etc.) is a plus
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
