Senior Engineer/ Project Manager (leading P&D contractor)

We are partnering with one well-known P&D contractor company in Hong Kong. They are now seeking for a Senior Engineer/Project Manager with solid project management experience in P&D to lead the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Director in the handling of overall project progress/ A&A works of Plumbing and Drainage
• Responsible for monitoring, supervising, and providing technical advice to the team from tendering to project planning and operation
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians to implement daily tasks
• Develop specific preventative and corrective activities of P&D works
• Liaise with project team members and external parties, e.g., main contractors and clients, as well as internal parties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the projects.
• Handle project administration

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Building Service /Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years’ experience in Engineering, building services engineering and mechanical engineering in Plumbing and Drainage is a must
• A Licensed Plumber would be an advantage
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Project Manager; less experience may be considered for the position of Senior Engineer
