My client is a well-known developer in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a Project Engineer for their large-scale Renovation / A&A / Maintenance projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external parties for Repairs, Renovations, and A&A projects
- Manage daily schedules and operations for building and equipment maintenance, repairs, minor alterations, improvements, and replacements
- Liaise with contractors and monitor their performance
- Manage project progress by conducting regular site inspections
- Ensure project quality, safety and efficiency
- Lead and supervise parties and provide technical recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or above in Building Services/Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Marine Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good command in communication and interpersonal skills
