Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer satisfaction and customer relationship
- Pre site-visit for verification and preparation of drawing to support the equipment installation and other possible issues
- Responding to service calls, service dispatch for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance service request
- Perform remote and on-site support as required to ensure equipment meets performance specifications
- Perform Operation Training and Maintenance Training to customers
- Provide regular and active checking and support to existing customers
- Provide regular feedback to company to improve equipment performance and stability
- Work closely with contractors and provide quality service to customers
- Follow up on Service process and handle parts
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of Electrical Engineering or Bio-medical engineering or equivalent in Radiology of university graduate
- Good presentation, communication and people skill
- Ability to identify customer's need and solve problem
- Repair skills for equipment such as imaging products
- Excellent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
