Responsibilities
- Responsible for E&M work in building project planning, supervision, and coordination
- Oversee project management activities and operation of the E&M systems
- Lead and supervise a team of technical supervisors and technicians to carry out projects and inspections
- Attend and perform project coordination work with consultants, and sub-contractors and tenants
- Monitor the building services works to ensure the compliance with contractual and statutory requirements
- Liaise with external parties, e.g., tenants, consultants, contractors as well as internal parties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the projects.
Qualifications
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Service / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ relevant work experience in building services engineering/E&M sector
- Comprehensive technical knowledge and planning skills
- Experience in leading a team is a plus
- Good people management and project management skills
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
