A leading E&M engineering company in HK is expanding their project sales team:
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients in the market and achieve target sales.
- Formulate sales plan for new and existing HVAC related services / products (Chiller types, Fan Coil Unit, Variable Air Volume System, Building Management System (BMS) etc.)
- Sales plan execution including reviewing opportunity pipeline qualification, sales conversion rate, sales orders, sales revenue and profit margin
- Review commercial proposal and report sales performance on a timely and accurate manner for management and financial reporting purposes
- Attend, provide support, and assist to promote in different sales and marketing events
- Handle general sales and product related enquires from customers.
- Conduct regular review for project proposals and performance for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or relevant disciplines.
- At least 8 years’ relevant working experience in E&M engineering sales roles
- Solid knowledge in different types of Chiller, Air Handling Unit, Fan Coil Unit, Building Management System (BMS), energy management practices and concepts
- Good analytics skills and experiences to conduct analysis on ROI for new products and solutions
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Sales Manager position
