Assistant Project Manager | Plumbing & Drainage

Our client is a well-known E&M company in Hong Kong. To cope with team expansion, they are now looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support their project.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring, supervising, and providing technical advice to the team from tendering to project planning and operation
• Assist the Project Manager in the handling of overall project progress/ fitting out/ maintenance works of Plumbing and Drainage works
• Supervise a team of technicians and contractors to implement daily tasks
• Develop specific preventative and corrective activities of P&D works
• Liaise with project team members and external parties, e.g., main contractors and clients, as well as internal parties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the projects.
• Handle project administration

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Building Service /Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years’ experience in Engineering, building services engineering and mechanical engineering in Plumbing and Drainage is a must
• A Licensed Plumber would be an advantage
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Project Manager; less experience may be considered for the position of Senior Engineer
