Our client is a private developer in HK, they are hiring for a APM / SE for their current project needs:
Responsibilities:
- Assist Director in project and operation management
- Coordinate in MEP project including project progress, quality control, cost control, and contractor relations
- Lead a project team and ensure all construction activities within time frame and budget
- Attend regular site meetings and liaise with various stakeholder including architects, consultants and contractors
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
- Chartered membership is an advantage but not a must, eg. MHKIE
- Minimum 8 years experience in Building Services Engineering, experience in developer / consultant sides is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
