Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the collaborative work of the entire project, including materials submission, design management, site coordination, T&C etc.
- Co-ordinate with clients, consultants, main-contractors, and sub-contractors for project implementation
- Responsible to manage the overall planning and arrangement of the site
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years experience in large scale projects, experience with Design & Build projects a definite advantage
- Corporate member of relevant professional institutions (HKIE, CIBSE, IMechE or equivalent) is preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English, proven experience in stakeholder management
- Candidates with relatively little experience will be premeditated as assistant manager
