An operator is hiring for a Operation Manager for setting up a new team, below please find the job details:
Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact with EPD, reporting on performance and managing the contract
- Overall operation management including in planing, implementing and supervising tasks
- Set up a O&M team, recruit, develop and motivate the team
- Manage direct reports and ensure that they are delivering on objectives and in-turn are managing their own teams effectively
- Provide regular operational reports to the Management Board and raising issues that need senior management attention and resolution
- Regularly review and monitor processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure that back office processes are well controlled including finance and HR
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering / Science or related disciplines
- Possess of related professional qualifications is an advantage
- 10 + years' relevant working experience is required, including 5 years' supervisory level experience and O&M
- Fluent in both English and Cantonese and having a high standard of written English and Cantonese
