My client is a well-known developer in Hong Kong and they are currently looking for Leasing Manager or Assistant Leasing Manager for their co-working space portfolio. Welcome candidates from commercial leasing background or co-working space background.
Job Description:
- Assist in strategic planning and development for co-working space portfolio
- Engage in negotiations for both new and existing leases, ensuring they adhere to acceptable terms and budgets
- Establish connections with prospective tenants
- Support budget planning and rental forecasting efforts
- Address conflicts with tenants, including the management of complaints and feedback
- Conduct market research and keep market intelligence up to date
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder or above in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
- 5 years+ of relevant working experience preferably gained in developers
- With commercial leasing / co-working space leasing experience
- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese languages
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Manager position
