I am helping a well-known retail group to look for an independant and experienced candidates to oversee leasing, expansion plan and brand reputation of the retail group. The existing portfolio with 40-50 brunches.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain business network with property developers, landlords and real estate agencies
- Perform leasing related works including site acquisition, lease renewal negotiation, tenancy administration, budget planning and rental forecast
- Conduct market research and make recommendation for expansion with different brands in Hong Kong and Macau
- Implementing the expansion strategy and brand positioning strategy in Hong Kong and Macau
Requirements:
- Degree holder or equivalent in Real Estate, Surveying, Property Management or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years working experience in property leasing and tenancy administration
- Prefer candidates with both developer and tenant leasing background
- Familiar with property and tenancy legislation and related knowledge
- Good interpersonal & negotiation skills, detail-minded and willing to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both written & spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
