Our client is a large-scale developer and they are looking for a Senior Manager for retail leasing team for a Hong Kong Grade A Shopping Mall.
Our client is a large-scale developer and they are looking for a Senior Manager for retail leasing team for a Hong Kong Grade A Shopping Mall.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all leasing and tenancy matters including tenancy administration, term negotiations, as well as daily operation of the leasing team
- Responsible for apartment viewing and tenancy terms negotiation
- Contact and maintain relationship with tenants, property agents and any outsider partnerships
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify business opportunities
- Implement leasing and marketing plans
- Prepare annual budget and regular forecast review
- Prepare reports and perform ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in retail leasing
- Familiar with Landlord and Tenant Ordinances and tenancy agreements
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a must
- Self-initiated, outgoing and able to work independently
