My clients are well-known developers in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for several Leasing Officer, Senior Officer, and Assistant Leasing Manager for their retail / office / residential portfolios.
Job Description
- Establish connections with prospective retail clients
- Aid in the planning of tenant mix
- Engage in negotiations for both new and existing leases, ensuring they adhere to acceptable terms and budgets
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate layout planning, design, and tenant fitting-out
- Support budget planning and rental forecasting efforts
- Address conflicts with tenants, including the management of complaints and feedback
- Conduct market research and keep market intelligence up to date
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Real Estate Management, Property Management, Business Administration, Finance & Account (or a related field)
- A minimum of 1 year of substantial experience in leasing, asset management, or valuation, grading depends on experience
- Preference will be given to candidates with MRICS or MHKIS qualifications
- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese languages
