Senior Leasing Officer / Leasing Officer (Multi-opening)

Our clients are well-known developers and we are currently helping to hire officer to senior officer level.

Responsibilities (Retail team):

• Assist to manage and handle leasing matters of a portfolio of retail premises
• Handle new lettings and renewal cases
• Manage and handle all leasing liaisons and co-ordination with internal and external parties including tenant management, leasing enquiry, pre-leasing administration, new lettings, rent reviews, leasing negotiation and documentation of the leasing proposal
• Prepare and review leasing document and contracts
• Conduct market research to advise on leasing trends, market of tenant mix analysis
• Coordinate with different departments on fitting out works, repossession and handover of premises
• Assist in budget preparation

Responsibilities (Residential team):

• Assist to manage and handle leasing matters of a portfolio of residentail/serviced apartment premises
• Handle new lettings and renewal cases
• Manage and handle all leasing liaisons and co-ordination with internal and external parties including tenant management, leasing enquiry, pre-leasing administration, new lettings, rent reviews, leasing negotiation and documentation of the leasing proposal
• Prepare and review leasing document and contracts
• Conduct market research to advise on leasing trends, market of tenant mix analysis
• Coordinate with different departments on fitting out works, repossession and handover of premises
• Assist in budget preparation
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 1 - 4 years' experience in retail/residential leasing with major developers is preferred
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude
• Fluent in spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Open to mainland background candidiates
