(Assistant)Leasing Manager/(Senior)Officer (Multi-job Opening)

Our clients are well-known developers and we are helping to hire Leasing Candidates from Officer to Senior Manager grade with pure leasing, leasing admin & leasing and marketing scope.

Responsibilities:

• Handle leasing activities including but not limited to new letting/lease renewal negotiation, tenancy administration and daily leasing enquiries

• Prepare leasing documents and reports;

• Conduct market researches, rental assessments and data analysis;

• Relationship management with existing and prospective tenants
  
  
• Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports and presentations for top management
  
  
• Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenants' fitting-out and refurbishment/ revamping works.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Surveying or related discipline will be preferable
  
  
• Relevant working experience in landlord leasing, preferably to have leasing experience in a sizable developer
  
  
• Strong market sense with analytical thinking
  
  
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  
  
• Good command of spoken and written English, Madarin and Chinese
