Facility Manager - F&B/Retail/Salary up to 55k

A listed company in F&B industry is looking for a Facility Manager to look after their maintenance and operations works, and to help to develop their long-term strategy.

Job Duties

• Responsible for shops regular repair & maintenance, fit-out improvements and reinstatement project
• Communicate with contractors and to fulfil shop daily maintenance and operation
• Coordinating and supervising the team to ensure that projects are completed according to requirements, schedule, and planned budget
• Ensure all activities are up to safety standards in accordance with company's policies and statutory ordinances
• Develop maintenance strategies and policies to contribute to the smooth operations of the team
• Provide guidance and technical advice to the team and contractors to ensure work quality and service standards
• Communicate with external and internal teams regularly to ensure the smooth operations of the team
• Provide technical advice on lead time, estimated cost, and qualified contractor list to the management

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Engineering or Building Services
• 5+ years maintenance experience in F&B / Food Chains / Retail industry with at least 3 years supervisory experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Detail minded with strong organisation skill
• Experience in team management
• Good at communication in both spoken and written English and Chinese
