Facility Manager (client-side)

My client is looking for a Facility Manager to look after their renovation project.

Responsibilities

• Perform day- to-day facilities management including HVAC, fire service, electrical and plumbing and drainage systems
• Responsible for renovation projects and office administration
• Lead a team of technical staff and contractors for daily operation and renovation, providing technical supports and handling technical issues.
• Maintain high level office standard of building environment, ensure compliance with relevant laws & regulations
• Provide guidance, advice, coaching to the direct support where required to deliver a project and day-to-day operations
• Work closely with the Senior Manager and team to get the works completed on time and to a qualified standard
• Deliver effective business communication between internal teams

Requirements

• Degree in Facilities Management and Business Administration, or related disciplines
• 4+ years experience in facility management
• Candidate with hands on experience in office renovation projects is highly preferred
• Solid experience in formal procurement and tendering process
• Experience in organizing project and event
• Good leadership, mature personality and trustworthy
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Attention to details and good organisational, coordination and planning skills
• Good command of verbal & written English and Chinese
