A large-scale Hong Kong developer is currently looking for a Registered Safety Officer for their high-profile residential buildings and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Support Safety Manager in daily tasks: physical inspections, safety plan monitoring
- Assist in implementing safety requirements from MTRC development agreement
- Ensure prompt rectification of unsafe situations
- Investigate and document near misses, incidents, and accidents; prepare reports
- Promote health & safety and raise awareness on site
Requirements:
- Diploma or Higher Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health or related field
- Registered Safety Officer under F&lU Regulations with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in construction sites
- Preferably experience in MTRC property construction projects
- Proficient in MS Office, English & Chinese Word Processing
- Self-motivated, proactive, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong written skills in English & Chinese
