Director - Construction (Up to HKD 130, 000/ 5-day)

A client side company in HK is hiring for a Director (Construction):

Responsibilities

• Lead the project management team in design and construction
• Overall project management including production of conceptual, schematic and detailed designs, preparation of tender/construction documents, management of procurement process, construction execution and dispute management
• Ensure the well completion of project missions / tasks designated, liaise with various stakeholder including consultants, government departments and other.
• Formulation of strategies, rules, guidelines and practices in project development team
• Materials preparation for presenting to the Board, Committees and Taskforce of the Company

Requirement

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, Building Services, Surveying or related disciplines
• 15 years relevant working experience in project management of building and infrastructure development or building project co-ordination
• Experience in developing and managing offices, industrial development, university/institutional buildings etc. and use of DfMA, MIC, etc. construction methods is preferred
• Experience in procuring and managing consultants, contract administration of large scale projects, claim and EOT assessment
• Strong leadership, self-driven, independent, problem solving with good interpersonal skill
