Responsibilities:
- Manage civil engineering projects
- Lead the planning and design phases of projects
- Stakeholder management including managing a team of technical staff, working closely with project managers and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other teams within the company.
- Conduct technical research to inform and guide decision-making.
Requirements:
- Degree in civil engineering or related disciplines
- 10+ years' consultant experience in civil projects
- Chartered membership is preferred eg. MHKIE, MICE, RPE etc.
- A team player with good communication, analytical and negotiation skills. Able to work with a range of project stakeholders, contractors and clients
- Good command of spoken and written English and ideally Cantonese
