Project Director (F&B/Retail/Salary up to 90k)

A MNC sizeable company is now looking for a Project Director with strong sense in F&B/Retail industry to provide leadership and guidance to the project team.

Job Requirements

• Lead and supervise a team of managers for implementing projects complied with contractual requirements
• Plan, organise and develop project site support, shaping team culture and drive for performance
• To provide leadership to the team handling project and maintenance works.
• Oversee and supervise all aspects of project planning, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Manage key performance indicators, such as forecast accuracy, that contribute to the timely completion of projects.
• Facilitate seamless communication with internal and external teams
• Control project cost as to keep in track with the designated budget

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Engineering, Facility Management, Business Management, Real Estate or related discipline required
• 15+ year's experience in project management work
• Supervisory experience in F&B or Retail industry is a must
• Strong understanding of project planning, progress monitoring, and quality and safety management.
• Proven ability to manage key performance indicators and drive successful project completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in cost control and budget management within project environments.
