Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, monitor, and oversee E&M design and installation in construction projects
• Offer guidance and ensure compliance of all installation works with project design specifications and contractual terms
• Liaise with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors
• Provide support for the tendering preparation and submission and attend project meetings
• Arrange and conduct technical/application training and presentations for sales, project teams, consultants, partners, and customers during tender site visits, interviews, meetings, tests, and factory visits (if required)
• Perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Building Services / Mechanical Engineering
• Min 5 years of experience in Engineering, with a preference for building services engineering and mechanical engineering in the electric field
• Knowledge or experience in controls systems is advantageous
• Fluent in Cantonese
• Proficient in written and spoken English (preferred)
• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD
