Responsibilities:
- Provide IDC service according to ISO requirement
- Responsible for IDC project management, coordination with customers, vendors
- Responsible for troubleshoot, fault identification and correction or any requests from customers
- Post-sales service follow up
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 3 years of experience of on-site technical support
- Good presentation, communication and people skill
- Qualification such as REW A0 is definitely an advantage
- Good command in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
