Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall project coordination of BMS projects including installation, maintenance & retrofit works
- Coordinate with all related parties such as clients, consultants, contractors
- Attend site meetings, conduct site survey, T&C etc.
- Handling Emergency Call
Requirements:
- Diploma in Building Service, Electrical / Mechanical, Computer Science / IT or any other related discipline
- At least 3 years' relevant experience in BMS;
- Multiple headcounts, candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
- Experience in protocols like Modbus, BACnet etc.
- Good communication skill in Chinese and English (both spoken and written)
