Superintendent/ Inspector (Client side/ HK$45 - 60K/ ABWF)

Our client is hiring for Construction Superintendent for an infrastructure project, the project is now ABWF stage and it's a 2-year contract employment:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the materials on site and the workmanship of AWBF works by contractors follow the approved shop drawings and the specified contract requirements.
• Carry out site inspections, quality checking and testing for the construction works;
• Handle daily coordination works with internal and external stakeholders, such as contractors, consultants and end-users, to ensure the site works are conducted in a safe and efficient manner;
• Monitor and educate the work force to work safely; and
• Maintaining comprehensive daily work records and preparing progress reports

Requirements:

• Higher Certificate / Higher Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 8 years' experience in site supervision of large construction projects; or Degree holder with at least 4 years' relevant experience;
• Candidates without the above specified academic qualification but have 12 years' relevant working experience will also be considered;
• Possess sound knowledge and experience in civil / structural/ ABWF building works;
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
• Holder of a valid HK driving license (Class 1, 2) is preferred
