Responsibilities:
- Supervise the construction works andsupport with the handover
- Control and monitor the material submission activities
- Coordinate with external consultants & monitor the standard of workmanship
- keep records of works carried out and record properly
Requirements:
- Degree or Higher Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience including 6 years site work experience
- Candidate with developer/ contractor work experience would be an advantage
- Candidate with post qualification such as T3 would be an advantage
