Draftsman (Architectural Design)

Our client is a top local consultancy and they are seeking for a Draughtsman to support their HK projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop architectural design specification and solutions according to Client’s requirement.
• Responsible for drawing productions and support project administration works.
• Support Architects in project needed in planning and designing and ensure timely submission of documentation to Clients.
• Conduct inspection and report site progress of various construction sites.

Requirements:

• Architecture Studies Training or equivalent.
• Able to convert concept design to details.
• Passionate, creative and resourceful.
• Good communication skills and able to work under pressure.
