They are hiring a Key Accounts Manager with solid warehouse operations' experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle key account servicing and operational processes in the warehouse, ensuring client satisfaction
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact
- Take responsibility for contract renewal procedures involving vendors and clients
- Supervise warehouse operations and optimize resource utilization
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline
- 5 years' experience in 3PL & warehousing services provider side
- Concrete client services experience is a plus
- Good command in English and Chinese
