Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the key account servicing with clients and operational process in the warehouse
- Manage existing clients, building long-term relationships with key accounts
- In charge of the contract renewal process with vendors and clients
- Oversee the warehouse operations and utilize the usage
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration/ Supply Chain Management or related discipline
- Solid experience in 3PL & warehouse operations
- Previous customer services or business development experience is preferred
- Good command of English and Chinese
