Our client is one of the leader of fine foods and gourmet products over worldwide. With their expanding business, they are now looking for a Head of Supply Chain to join their team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Improve the process flow from Ordering forecast to Customers Delivery
- Define the right warehouse layout to meet business needs
- Ensure highest possible availability of goods while managing the costs at the most competitive level
- Ensure and improve operations efficiency on warehousing and distribution
- Manage and ensure warehousing and distribution operations including: stock replenishment, picking and packing, dispatching of orders, delivery and return to customers
- Implement Inventory procedure to guarantee an accurate stock situation
- Monitor expiry dates of products, damaged and obsolete products to avoid losses
- Build, lead and motivate the warehouse and distribution team to assure timely and cost effective service levels
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain / Warehouse / Logistics Operations experience
- Experience in Food and Beverage business, Distribution or Hospitality sector will be an advantages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholder
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
